Preparation, review and negotiation of office and retail space leases, and consultation with respect to such transactions. Leasing transactions have been consummated with numerous credit grade, national and anchor tenants including financial institutions, pharmacy and drug store chains, fast food chains, entertainment establishments, corporations, retail establishments, as well as with local and smaller organizations.

Advising the real estate investor regarding acquisition, operations and financing issues, including conducting and consulting on due diligence matters and issues, as well as lease review, summary and analysis, and management practices. We work with a number of active lending sources, with whom we negotiate favorable financing solutions for our clients.
