Principal
Stephen S. Siminou, Esq. is a graduate of the George Washington University, Class of 1989, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Class of 1994. Established Siminou & Associates, P.C. in 2003. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Finance Committee, the Commercial Leasing Committee, the Construction Law Committee and the Trusts and Estates Committee, and concentrates and practices in all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions, including acquiring, investing, developing, selling, financing, lending and leasing, as well as consultation relating to those fields of law.
